Dr. Cory Plasker
Dr. Cory Plasker graduated in September of 2019 with a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University. He was fortunate enough to receive his very first Chiropractic adjustment when he was 5 minutes old. Since then, he has enjoyed the benefits of Chiropractic care from birth. Playing competitive soccer from the age of 5 through division 1 college soccer, he was able to experience first-hand the performance and lifestyle benefits that encompass the Chiropractic lifestyle.
As a high-level soccer player and a passionate fan of the game, he has competed in tournaments all over the country and had a very decorated career in the sport. Some accolades include:
Co-Captain of the Walton High School soccer team and Georgia High School State Champions in 2011, 2010 US Youth Soccer National Champions with Alpharetta Ambush, and Captain of the Georgia State Panthers Men’s Soccer team during the 2014-15 season.
He has been elected by his teammates and Coaches as team captain in the National competitive club, high school and Division 1 College levels. He is eager to bring that same drive and leadership skills to the people of the East Cobb community as he has done routinely throughout his competitive athletic career. Communication, team-work, commitment, desire for success, and passion for his work are all encompassed in his mentality that he is thrilled to apply towards making the East Cobb community a healthier and more vibrant place to live.
Because of the experience he has gained through his athletic ventures and successes, he was able to gain a very unique perspective of how Chiropractic gave him as well as his teammates a competitive advantage. After going through the rigors of Chiropractic College at Life University, he gained another level of appreciation and awareness of the impact that an optimized nervous system can have on the human body’s innate expression of health. He is extremely excited to be able to share his passion of Chiropractic with the East Cobb community and to help empower people through their healthcare journey to build a stronger, happier, healthier, and more connected community.
